賽龍舟

賽龍舟，是端午節(jié)的主要習(xí)俗。相傳古時(shí)楚國(guó)人因舍不得賢臣屈原投江死去，劃船追趕拯救。他們爭(zhēng)先恐后，追至洞庭湖時(shí)不見(jiàn)蹤跡。之后每年五月五日劃龍舟以紀(jì)念之。借劃龍舟驅(qū)散江中之魚(yú)，以免魚(yú)吃掉屈原的身體。競(jìng)渡之習(xí)，盛行于吳、越、楚。

荊楚之人在五月五日煮糯米飯或蒸粽糕投入江中， 以祭祀屈原，為恐魚(yú)吃掉，故用竹筒盛裝糯米飯擲下，以后漸用粽葉包米代替竹筒。

驅(qū)五毒

古人將蛇、蝎、壁虎、蜈蚣、蟾蜍等稱為五毒。民謠說(shuō)："端午節(jié)，天氣熱，五毒醒，不安寧。"每到端午節(jié)，人們用彩色紙把五毒剪成剪紙，或貼在門(mén)、窗、墻、炕上，或系在兒童的手臂上，以避諸毒。

飲雄黃酒

雄黃本屬礦物，含有三硫化砷成分，與酒混合，即成雄黃酒，用以驅(qū)蟲(chóng)解五毒。小兒涂于頭、額、耳、鼻、手、足心，并灑墻壁問(wèn)，以法諸毒。民間俗語(yǔ)有"飲了雄黃酒，百病都遠(yuǎn)走"。

懸艾葉菖蒲

民諺說(shuō)："清明插柳，端午插艾"。在端午節(jié)，家家都灑掃庭除，以菖蒲、艾條插于門(mén)眉，懸于堂中。并用菖蒲、艾葉、榴花、蒜頭、龍船花，制成人形或虎形，稱為艾人、艾虎;制成花環(huán)、佩飾，美麗芬芳，婦人爭(zhēng)相佩戴，用以驅(qū)瘴。

鐘馗捉鬼，是端午節(jié)習(xí)俗，在江淮地區(qū)，家家懸鐘馗像，用以鎮(zhèn)宅驅(qū)邪。

佩香囊

端午節(jié)小孩佩香囊，傳說(shuō)有避邪驅(qū)瘟之意，實(shí)際是用于襟頭點(diǎn)綴裝飾。香囊內(nèi)有朱砂、雄黃、香藥，外包以絲布，清香四溢，再以五色絲線弦扣成索，作各種不同形狀，結(jié)成一串，形形色色，玲瓏可愛(ài)。

端午節(jié)有許多的習(xí)俗，如吃棕子、賽龍舟等。在我媽媽的故鄉(xiāng)三明就有一種“插茱萸”的習(xí)俗。

茱萸是一種草，它細(xì)細(xì)長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的，又是綠油油的。每到端午節(jié)，當(dāng)?shù)氐睦先藗兙蜁?huì)在自家的每一個(gè)門(mén)的兩旁都插上一?茱萸，以求神靈保佑平安。

有一次端午節(jié)，我們一家人回到了三明。那天，我第一次看到外公、外婆插茱萸。只見(jiàn)外公搬來(lái)一節(jié)長(zhǎng)梯，在門(mén)的旁邊(門(mén)框前)架好，然后小心翼翼地拿出一?茱萸草，拜了拜天，口里念念有詞，然后慢慢地爬上梯子。最后，外公仔細(xì)找這門(mén)邊的裂縫，等到找到了裂縫之后，再把那一?茱萸草插上去，然后下來(lái)。

我們和外公在遠(yuǎn)處得意洋洋望著大大小小的門(mén)上被我們用心插上的茱萸。微風(fēng)徐徐吹過(guò)，門(mén)旁的茱萸在微風(fēng)中輕輕搖擺著身體，好像笑這對(duì)我們說(shuō)“放心吧!我一定回保佑大家平安的!”

這就是我的家鄉(xiāng)的端午節(jié)習(xí)俗之一插茱萸。但是，隨這時(shí)代的進(jìn)步，越來(lái)越少人會(huì)要想要插茱了。

所以，我向大家提議：大家要保持這種習(xí)俗把古老又悠久的習(xí)俗一代又一代地傳下去。

今天是端午節(jié)，是我國(guó)最傳統(tǒng)、最古老的節(jié)日。我們小區(qū)到處喜氣洋洋，一派節(jié)日的氣氛。

端午節(jié)有許多習(xí)俗，比如：劃龍船、吃粽子、系五絲線等等。當(dāng)然，我媽媽在太陽(yáng)出來(lái)之前已經(jīng)把五絲線系在了我的手腕和腳脖上了。聽(tīng)媽媽說(shuō)，五絲繩也叫長(zhǎng)命縷，是爸爸、媽媽希望孩子能長(zhǎng)命百歲，多么美好的期望啊!

晚上，媽媽買(mǎi)回來(lái)一包粽子。粽子用竹葉包裹著，仿佛一個(gè)個(gè)綠娃娃似的，老遠(yuǎn)就聞到一股甘甜的清香沁入肺腑。剝開(kāi)竹葉咬一口，糯米發(fā)紅，再咬一口，香甜潤(rùn)滑，真是又香又甜，好吃極了!一邊吃著粽子，我一邊想起了屈原這個(gè)歷史人物。當(dāng)年屈原因被小人出賣(mài)，含冤投江自殺。當(dāng)?shù)匕傩杖ャ枇_江打撈尸體也沒(méi)成功，就向汨羅江中扔了雞蛋和熟米。據(jù)說(shuō)這樣魚(yú)蝦吃飽了就不會(huì)去吃屈原的尸體。

媽媽還熬了草莓湯，紅紅的草莓襯著那濃濃的湯，真是一道美味呀!

今年的端午節(jié)，我們過(guò)得很開(kāi)心。
