看電視“超強記憶力學習法”有感

　　今天早上，我看了電視超強記憶力學習法以后，心有感動，那位女老師在同學們面前，把三十個詞語和成語，在一分鐘內(nèi)記熟，任同學們怎樣挑選成語、詞語和詩句讓她回答，她都對答如流一點不錯。三十個成語、詞語和詩句要速背下來，是多么不易呀！為什么她五十多歲的人能有那么好的記憶力呢？而我們卻只能背誦幾個呢？

She was very good at answering her questions about how to choose idioms, words and poems. How hard it is to memorize thirty idioms, words and verses quickly! 　　原來，女老師掌握了超強記憶力學習法。要掌握超強記憶力學習法，就要把每天記不起來的知識全部記在本子上天天復習，把一周或一個月記不起來的知識記在本子上，利用空余一個小時左右，如在吃飯前、睡覺前或其他的時間復習就能記熟。
