　　自薦信要求

　　1、求真務(wù)實。寫自薦信務(wù)必本著實事求是的態(tài)度，切不可弄虛作假。有些畢業(yè)生為了增加自己在人才市場的競爭力，弄虛作假，自欺欺人，涂改自己的學(xué)習(xí)成績，夸大自己的特長，在是否當(dāng)學(xué)生干部一欄自封幾個頭銜，在獎懲一欄憑空捏造幾項榮譽，這些錯誤思想和做法都很不足取。

　　推薦信顧名思義，主要是作為推薦之用，主要為了說明被推薦人的優(yōu)秀以及推薦原因，所以要在推薦信中概括被推薦人的在校表現(xiàn)及先進(jìn)事跡或者獎勵經(jīng)歷等內(nèi)容，比如“在校表現(xiàn)良好，尊敬師長，團結(jié)同學(xué)，曾獲得XXX獎”等等，但是要注意的是，千萬不要太過夸大其詞，要盡量根據(jù)自己的情況切合實際。

　　2、突出個性，巧妙包裝。

　　3、掌握分寸，措詞得體。
