　　篇一：

　　我國13號車鉤的強(qiáng)度現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢

　　本文主要講述了我國車鉤的發(fā)展歷史，現(xiàn)行主要車鉤13號車鉤的強(qiáng)度現(xiàn)狀及其與美國車鉤的對比，未來發(fā)展趨勢。

　　本文列舉了普通鋼、C級鋼、E級鋼3種13號車鉤的強(qiáng)度現(xiàn)狀，并與美國同種車鉤進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度比較，我國13號車鉤強(qiáng)度明顯高于美國同種車鉤。C 級鋼 13 號車鉤 3 000 kN 的破壞強(qiáng)度,完全能滿足我國目前和今后較長時期的貨運(yùn)要求。 所以, 今后對 13 號車鉤強(qiáng)度的研究工作, 不必再刻意追求靜拉破壞強(qiáng)度的提高；同時需要控制與規(guī)范生產(chǎn)廠家，提高車鉤制造質(zhì)量，消除產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量參差不齊的現(xiàn)象；提高車鉤材料品質(zhì), 盡快普及淬火、回火熱處理的 C 級鋼 13 號車鉤；同時加強(qiáng)車鉤檢修質(zhì)量；配合面處的磨耗要焊補(bǔ)恢復(fù)原型如牽引突緣、沖擊突肩、鉤舌鎖面和鉤舌內(nèi)側(cè)面等處磨耗超限必須焊補(bǔ)，尤其是牽引突緣和沖擊突肩處 的磨耗修補(bǔ)尚未被注意, 廠段修也無明確規(guī)定, 今后應(yīng)予以重視；盡快實施有利于提高 13 號車鉤結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的措施，縮小車鉤連接輪廓間隙，13 號車鉤全部裝用 E 級鋼鉤鎖，鉤體下部與車鉤托梁接觸處預(yù)先加焊磨耗板。

　　文章建議開展車鉤疲勞壽命研究，深入研究車鉤疲勞壽命, 探索車鉤疲勞強(qiáng)度計算方法, 制定車鉤疲勞試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn), 以便能科學(xué)、合理地評估車鉤疲勞強(qiáng)度和控制車鉤使用壽命, 為車鉤制造技術(shù)條件和檢修規(guī)程的制定提供依據(jù)。

　　車鉤失效分析及其工藝研究

　　文章對車鉤零件疲勞和磨損失效的原因進(jìn)行了分析，并對其失效機(jī)理進(jìn)行了研究。對車鉤零件裂紋分析，得出車鉤磨損的主要形式為粘著磨損以及伴隨著磨損而產(chǎn)生的磨粒磨損。對車鉤零件進(jìn)行了失效分析及機(jī)理研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了不改變車鉤現(xiàn)有材料的基礎(chǔ)上，通過改變熱處理工藝來提高車鉤零件耐磨性。此外，對車鉤零件進(jìn)行探傷檢測是最為有效的方法，對車鉤零件表面缺陷及成因進(jìn)行了分析，確定了探傷方法為采用交叉線圈旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場技術(shù)的磁粉探傷，同時采用濕法連續(xù)法工藝。另外作者對磁粉探傷工藝進(jìn)行了初步論證以應(yīng)用于實際生產(chǎn)及工作。

　　米軌鐵路火車車鉤分離的原因及防止措施

　　文章對米軌貨車車鉤緩沖裝置進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查，分析產(chǎn)生車鉤自然分離事故的原因，提出了防止措施，控制因車鉤自然分離事故而干擾正常的運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)秩序和危及行車安全的被動局面。

　　通過的造成車鉤自然分離事故分析，得出有8個因素，鉤提鏈松余量及鉤提桿橫動量的影響，鉤腔內(nèi)部尺寸不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的影響，鉤腔內(nèi)部尺寸磨耗嚴(yán)重及配件加修不良的影響，鉤提桿彎曲變形或憋勁的影響，防跳間隙過大或過小的影響，鈞耳變形和鉤舌銷磨耗的影響，兩連掛車輛互鉤差超限的影響，上鎖銷桿孔及上鎖銷磨耗的影響。

　　作者提出了防止措施，規(guī)范上作用車鉤提桿鏈松余量測量方法，規(guī)范上作用車鉤提桿左、右橫動量的測量方法，規(guī)范裝用2號鉤的C31、 P31、N31車的險修方法，規(guī)范鉤腔內(nèi)部配件的檢修方法，變更上作用鉤提桿鏈的安裝方式，規(guī)范列檢及輔修時的檢修方法。

　　Book Review

　　During last month, I read White Fang, written by Jack Londona.The book is about a wolf cub making its way in the world and how this cub learns things and sees things. And I enjoyed it a lot. Usually, I would start reading before sleep. Not until I got sleepy and couldn’t understand the plots, did I put down the book and went sleep. The book White Fang deeply touched my heart. Firstly,I will introduce the story of this book briefly.This cub was called white fang, because at first the cub’s teeth was white. The cub’s growing path is like a child grows up, the path is full of pains and sorrows, little of happiness. He was a gray wolf born by Kiche. He had a lot of challenges after his mother was sold to another Indian when he was just a puppy. He had to deal with people that never showed him affections, to cruel people who hurt him. Dogs in the village always terrorized him, especially one named Lip-lip. All of that made Fang became more and more fierce. When in Fort Yukon, Fang was passed into the hands of Beauty Smith. Then his life was in a real mess! He fought with other dogs until he was saved by Scott, who showed his love on Fang. And they were good friends later. Scott took Fang back to California to live with his family. Little by little, Fang learned how to love and became a faithful watchdog. He even had puppies with one of the master's dogs named Collie.

　　Secondly, I'd like to share my understanding of this story. I have thought a lot of the details. And I will give an example as follows. When Fang's mother Kiche was sold to another indian , Fang cried and beat. He missed his mother so much that he even stayed at the Indian's camp waiting for his mother's regression. He gave up his freedom just for his mom! It makes me believe that though freedom is important, family is always the more valuable. However, when Fang met Kiche again everything was changed. Both of them had changed a lot. His mother had other new puppies with her and Fang had already grown up and he was a large, strong wolf then. Fang observed her for a long time and finally reminded of her. Unfortunately, his mother stopped his forward and they failed to recognize each other. He came to realize he was no longer a puppy, and he was old enough to live himself! Suddenly it occurred to me that no matter how we hate to part with each other, as time went by, we'll finally forget the past and adapt well to the new life system.

　　Thirdly, let's see something behind the story. In general terms, Fang had 3 masters in total. The first Grey and the second Beauty both gave him a life away from love and this made Fang became more and more fierce. Only Scott, who ruled him by love that made Fang happy and content. It seems that love alone can woken love. People should show their love to each other as well as animals even in their hard time. After all, Only love can make us happy. Maybe that is the main idea.

　　Finally, I’d like to share with you the paragraph I like best :The little wolf had never seen these things before.He was afraid. Soon, he was excited by the new things that he saw, and he forgot to be afraid. He saw things that were close to him and things that were far away. Suddenly, he fell down a hill. His little body rolled and rolled. He hit his nose on the ground, and he began to cry.Because the inside of the cave was flat, he didn't understand how the ground could not be flat sometime.
